1. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Generally, it takes between 3-7 business days for domestic orders and 10-20 business days for international orders. Please note that these are estimated shipping times and delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

2. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries. During the checkout process, you will be able to see if your country is eligible for shipping. If your country is not listed, unfortunately, we do not currently ship to your location.

3. What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact our customer support within 14 days of receiving your item. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product and issue a refund once we receive the returned item.
Important: If the reason for return is damage happening during transit, please take and provide a picture of the damage as soon as possible.

4. Can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.

5. How are your art pieces packaged?

We take great care in packaging our art pieces to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Each piece is carefully wrapped in protective materials and placed in a sturdy box to prevent any damage during transit.

6. Are the colors of the art pieces accurate in the photos?

We strive to accurately represent the colors of our art pieces in the photos. However, please note that colors may appear slightly different in person due to variations in lighting and monitor settings.

7. Do you offer custom art pieces?

8. How do I care for my art piece?

To ensure the longevity of your art piece, we recommend displaying it away from direct sunlight and moisture. If possible use UV-protective glass.

9. Do you offer a down-pay plan?

If the artwork you are looking for is too pricey to pay in a one-go, please contact me to make a payment plan!
We will find a solution that fits both, and you can have the art on your wall "while waiting" <3

 

 

 

Term ans Conditions

1. General
These terms apply to purchases made from Sorry Gallery. By completing a purchase, you agree to our terms and conditions.

2. Prices and Payment
All prices include VAT. The total cost, including any shipping fees, is displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely through our approved payment solutions.

3. Delivery
Products are shipped within 6 workdays after payment is received, excluding holidays and public holidays. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier. The customer is responsible for providing a correct delivery address.

4. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving the item, in accordance with Norwegian consumer law. For orders marked for pick-up, the 14-day period begins from the confirmed pick-up availability date (i.e., when the product is ready and can be collected). Returned items must be in their original condition. The customer covers return shipping costs.

5. Complaints
If an item is defective or damaged upon receipt, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product. Complaints after this period will not be accepted. Our products are fragile, and damage caused by improper handling, storage, or care by the customer is not covered under our warranty. Contact us at [your email address] for further instructions.

6. Returns
Returns must be pre-approved. Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected by us.

7. Privacy
We process your personal data in accordance with applicable laws and solely to complete your order. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details.

8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If this is not possible, the dispute can be brought to the Norwegian Consumer Council or a court in Norway.
